🛒 Ordering

Q: How do I place an order?
A: Simply add your items to cart, proceed to checkout, and follow the steps. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.

Q: Can I change my order after checkout?
A: Please reach out to us at omaruz.shop@gmail.com as soon as possible. We'll do our best to assist before the order is processed.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Orders are shipped within 2–3 working days. Local delivery in Singapore usually takes 2–5 working days.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: So sorry! Currently, we do not ship internationally. 

Q: Can I self-collect?
A: Yes! Select the self-collection option at checkout. We’ll notify you when your order is ready for pick-up.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?
A: We currently do not accept returns due to the nature of our products. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us.

Q: What if my item is damaged?
A: Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your item with photos, and we’ll assist with a replacement or refund where applicable.

Q: What payment methods are accepted?
A: We accept major credit/debit cards, PayNow, and other secure payment gateways.

Q: Is it safe to shop on Omaruz.com?
A: Yes! Our website uses SSL encryption and secure payment gateways to keep your data protected.

🐄 Qurban

Q: How do I participate in Qurban?
A: Just head to our Qurban page, select your portion, and proceed with payment. We’ll handle the rest!

Q: When will I get updates?
A: You’ll receive confirmation after purchase, and we’ll update you via email/WhatsApp once the Qurban is completed. Along the way, we will ensure to provide other timely updates via our social media page.

🚚 Shipping Policy

Our Shipping Promise to You

We aim to ship out orders within 2–3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You'll receive an email with tracking info once your order is on the way.

📦 Delivery Methods:

  • Local Delivery (Singapore): 2–5 working days via Cubix Express.

  • Self-Collection: Free pick-up available at Woodlands. We’ll notify you when it’s ready.

  • Express Shipping: Receive within 1-2 working days

💵 Shipping Fees:

Fees are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and location. Free local shipping may apply for orders above SGD 80.
